  • 4   tbsp Corn Oil
  • 6   g Shallots
  • 12   g Garlic
  • 3   cm Ginger
  • 2   Stalks Lemongrass
  • 2   pcs Kaffir lime leaves
  • 30   g Chilli Paste
  • 500   g Chicken Breast
  • 1   tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 125   g Holland Onions
  • 50   g Cauliflower, Green, Raw
  • 50   g Baby Corn
  • 50   g Carrot
  • 50   g Long Bean
  • 2   tbsp MAGGI® Chilli Sauce
  • 2   tbsp MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
  • 2   tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 1   tsp Thick soya sauce
  • 118   ml Water

Marinade chicken using MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.

Heat wok, add oil and stir fry shallots, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves until fragrant.

Add chilli paste and stir fry briefly.

Add marinated chicken.

Next, add Holland onion, cauliflower, baby corn, carrots and long beans.

Add in sauce mix and water.

Cook briefly over medium heat and stir ingredients until fully combined.
