Ingredients - 4 servings

  • 500   g Chicken Breast
  • 3   tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 2   tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.25   cup Corn Oil
  • 5   Stalks Lemongrass
  • 1   Red Onion
  • 3   Stalks Curry Leaf
  • 3   Red Onion
  • 2   in Ginger
  • 6   cloves Garlic
  • 100   g Dried Chilli
  • 100   ml Water
  • 2   tsp Gula Melaka
  • 2.5   tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1   tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce

In a bowl, mix chicken, turmeric powder, and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.

20 Min
Marinate for 15 – 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare next ingredients.

Blend red onions, ginger, garlic, dried chillies and water together.

10 Min
Stir fry the blended ingredients with lemongrass, red onion and curry leaves until oil separates. Add chicken marinade and stir fry until chicken is partially cooked.

Add in remaining ingredients, stir over medium heat till oil separates.

Add in remaining ingredients, stir over medium heat till oil separates.
